Valentine’s day will arrive in less than one week from now, here you can find my advices for being totally perfect for any plan you have for this night!
If you plan  to go out and have a dinner in a restaurant, or to organize a romantic dinner at home, this post is perfect for you In both cases! I’ll start, as usual, with my list with all the thing to consider to be beautiful, perfect and for managing a perfect Home Made unforgettable dinner quickly, easily and without spending a lot of money!

Let’s start from ourselves: To be perfect in every single details!

Following the list of things to consider for being beautiful and impeccable:

1. Appropriate Makeup

5. The touch that making the difference

1. Makeup

At the beginning you must decide if you want focus the attention of your Valentine on your lips or on eyes, I think is not a good idea have a strong makeup on both, it could be too aggressive and gross. If you decide that your focus will be your lips there is only one key word: Red Lipstick! Red Lipstick is one of the best idea in the world: wear a red lipstick gives more self confidence to the woman and the men are driving crazy from two red lip, for they red lips equal sensuality. There are a tone of reds right for every woman: you need only to figure out the best tone according to your skin tone. You have a huge choice! Valentine time is one of the most proliferate period for new lipstick collections. You can choose the tone of the red, the finish (satin or mat), choose between classic lipstick, lip pencils, lip gloss or lip balm based on your needs, and at last but not least, you can find perfect lipstick at any price!

With red lips it is better have a natural and nude look on your eyes. If you can give up a smokey eyes, my advice is to use natural tones, like brown or light tone appropriate for a light and discreet eyes makeup.

If you decide that your focus are the eyes, Valentine’night could be the right occasion for brave, sensual smokey eyes. You can dare with bright colors, magnetic eyeshadow, false lashes and bold eyeliner line. If you want a red touch there are wonderful red eyeshadow!

With this eyes, the best choice for the lips is a nude look. In this case too there are a lot of choices, most of cosmetic firms have a huge range of nude tones with a lot of finish, in their permanent and seasonal collections.

If you are not a real makeup artist, it’s not a big deal, you can watch a bunch of makeup tutorials on Youtube. In these weeks, every beauty guru proposes their own version of makeup for Valentine’s Day, you can easily figure out the best tutorial for you!

2. Hairstyle

 Your hairstyle must fitting with the chosen makeup, your personalty and must being easy to realize and comfortable, especially if you have to manage your home dinner.

If you chose a romantic look, you can leave your hair free or making some glossy waves or rolls. For a delicate appearance, the best hairstyle is a braid. you can choose different kind of braid: classic braid, french braid, fish spine braid and ruffle’s version of one of them.

For an elegant look, the best and sophisticate solution is a chignon high, low or side chignon, precise or ruffle chignon. The second one is more romantic.

At last, if you choose a sexy look or an intrepid look, I suggest an hairstyle that show the face and the makeup: for example a ponytail, or some backcombed in front side.

3. Manicure

The hand are our best business card! Contrary to common belief, the hands are really important and the men pay much attention on our hand care, our manicure and our nail polish status too. The safe choice is a classic french manicure, but also a colored french manicure could be an interesting option.

4. Dress Code

It is the distress of all the women! There isn’t a hard code, but the only important rule is that your dress must reflect your soul, your personality and it must not be a tool for appear different from what you really are. You have to figure out the perfect combination between a sexy dress in which you feel confident! For example it is stupid to wear high heels if you are not able to walk in! The only result will be that you will appear like a “T-REX on heels”… very bad idea! You have to figure out the detail that make you beautiful without degenerate your usual style. Sometime a tiny detail, like a necklace or a bracelet could be enough for produce a fast beating heart in your Valentine! Last suggestion: pay attention of your lingerie!

5. A Special Touch: Your Perfume

With the word Perfume I don’t mean your eau de toillette… but your skin taste, perfume and softness.  It is unuseful to be beautiful if you skin is not pleasant to cuddle and it is dry and rough! You have to take care of your skin every day, to spend some minute for applying some body lotion at least after a shower, is a good habit. Some times a gently scrub could be necessary (there are some DIY recipes for this). And never forget the hydratation of hands and foot! With only some minute per day we could have a great result and an amazing skin to cuddle forever!

That’s all, in my opinion, all of us need to know and to do for being perfect and awesome on Valentine’s Day.
